I'm trying to get bigger before next football season, cause i'll have to play varsity, and i'm a little bit behind everybody else as far as strength and what not. that is to say, while for the past two years, my teammates have worked out and trained, i've coasted by on sheer talent and size. but that was at the junior varsity level. But those things just dont help on the varsity level without the strength to match. It's crunch time, and i need to be as strong as possible, as fast as possible? any good ideas, other than steroids and what not? perhaps a good protien suppliment, or whatever it is that people use?

Need opinion on diet?
First of all, my diet is not intended to lose weight, its purpose is to keep me healthy and help me tone muscle. I am about 105, and flactuate between that and 95 lbs unintentionally. I have had 3 beautiful and healthy daughters, gained up to 65 lbs, and lost it every time. I just dont seem to be able to keep weight on. So, here i am asking what the best ways to build muscle are. I have been cutting my soda consumption, and i am down to 1 to 2 cans of coke per day. I have replaced my liquids with an average of 1 gal of water per day, plus i have added 1 serving of ensure per day. If this helps, i do an intermediate routine of exercise before power walking a minimum of 30 minutes. If you can tell me what has worked for you, or you are an expert on the subject, i would love to read what you have to say...thanks!

Best way to build muscle? (arms and chest)?
Everyone says something different. What is the best way to build muscle in my arms and chest (especially arms) When I do more sets of 12-15 with lighter weight, I feel my muscles tiring but Im not seeing results. When I do 6-8 sets with heavier weight, my muscles arent getting tired, they just arent capable of lifting anymore. What is the best approach to TRULY build muscle, because I cant figure it out and get the results that Im striving for.
